This is a reminder that the second edition of Debunking Economics will be launched tomorrow at the University College London in the Gustav Turk lecture theatre, from 6–8pm. The launch will include talks by myself and Ann Pettifors on the economic crisis and the state of economic theory.
Copies of the paperback will be available for purchase at the launch for £12. I will of course sign copies that are purchased at (or brought to) the event.
The Theatre is relatively easy to find. Enter UCL by the Gower Street entrance, and then walk to the right hand corner of the quadrangle.
Then either take the lift or walk up 2 flights of stairs to the theatre.
It’s not a large venue–I think it might hold 120 at a pinch–so I’d advise arriving early to get a good seat.
I will attempt to stream the launch live on the blog. No guarantees yet–I’ve not done this before, so it could all fall in a technological or “no network access” heap–but I’ll try my best. It will certainly be filmed and the video will be here, regardless of what happens on the live streaming front.
